Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR) is a specialist form of therapy that helps you process blocked-trauma. Initially we will take a detailed history looking for early trauma and how this may relate to a recent trauma that is causing you problems. Then using a mixture of talking and eye movements, we aim to process any unresolved trauma and restore your natural sense of resilience. 

Sessions are usually delivered weekly for between two and six months, depending on your history.
